Description:Location: Morrisville, NCJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the identification, viability, booking and maintenance of business consistent with the long range and yearly business plan within the assigned market segment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Provides the data for analysis of competitors? price and product strategy in the market. 2. Development and maintenance of upper management relationships at assigned strategic account. 3. Makes recommendations as to new product/market opportunities and associated price strategy. 4. Takes the lead at assigned strategic account through management of all TQRDC issues. Manages product costing with development teams and presents NPV document to senior management 5. Updates and manages monthly sales forecast and long range plans for assigned accounts 6. Participates on cross functional teams to represent the voice of the customer within the business and to ensure that sales objectives are fulfilled. 7. Develops yearly account strategies, updates and regularly communicates the situation reflecting the current status. Assists in developing annual business plans as it pertains to the assigned market segment. 8. Prepares senior management for critical negotiations and achieves resolution to open issues. Understands the higher level corporate long range plans and strategy and ensure that the plans are being followed. 10. Domestic and International travel required.
